As Paula always says - Hasta luego cara huevo!

Dear future volunteer,

Gregor's journey ends here. Just like in the theatre play, Gregor is returning home.

He is leaving from the bus station with a suitcase. A suitcase that is now heavier with many new memories, experiences, and new views. On old questions. Those from the beginning of the story.

The questions stayed the same. The answers to them have a different shape. The filter through which he looks is different. Gregor is different. Still, he doesn't have all the answers, but the path he is walking on seems clearer to him.

Finally, he opened the suitcase. He began putting each thing in its new spot in his old room, attaching a meaning to every single thing. Each object reminded him of a person or the moment he received it.

He remembered Pekarna. And all the wonderful things that inspired him, as well as the challenging ones.

Still, he could feel how much the experience spent there inspired and changed him. Especially now, with some distance, he can see it clearly from here.

He is grateful for all the wonderful people he met there and the moments he shared with them. He knows that his experience from Pekarna will stay close to his heart and that, in the future, he will try to stay active and find similar communities wherever his path will lead him next.

And roads are unpredictable. In Serbia, they are also full of potholes. But Gregor feels ready to step bravely on them.

And until our roads cross again, stay well, take care and as Paula always says - Hasta luego cara huevo!
